Because digital products (eBooks, courses, and digital tools) are delivered instantly and cannot be "returned" once downloaded, we generally do not offer refunds on digital purchases.

Note: Refunds will not be issued for digital products if you simply change your mind, have already downloaded and accessed the content, or claim the content did not meet personal expectations where the description was accurate.
Refund terms for procurement, import/export facilitation, supply chain management, and consulting services are individually agreed upon before work commences and are outlined in your service agreement or invoice.
Generally, service fees are non-refundable once work has commenced. Deposits may be partially refundable depending on the stage of work completed. Please review your service agreement carefully.
We offer exchanges on physical products subject to the same conditions as our returns policy. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or product, contact us on WhatsApp and we will do our best to accommodate your request subject to availability.
